Travel Information

Airport Information
The nearest airport is Denver International Airport (DEN), which is about a 45-minute drive from Boulder. We recommend booking your flights early, as September is a popular time for travel in Colorado.
Getting to Boulder
For those who wish to drive, Boulder is about a 45-minute drive from DEN. Rental cars are available at the airport if needed.
If you'd prefer to avoid renting a car, you can take the RTD bus Route AB1 from DEN to Boulder. The bus is a comfortable option with storage for luggage and Wifi onboard. Tickets cost $10 and can be purchased through the RTD app. The bus runs every 30 minutes.
For those who prefer to Uber/Lyft, expect to pay between $50-100 depending on the time of day.
Lodging
We have a hotel block at the Residence Inn Boulder, in downtown Boulder (2550 Canyon Blvd, Boulder, CO 80302). There are several other hotels in the area, and limited Airbnb options as well.
If you do not plan to stay in the room block, we recommend booking lodging as soon as possible. Boulder is home to the University of Colorado, and we do not yet have the schedule for university events that might affect room prices or availability.
Getting To The Venue
The ceremony and reception will be held at Boulder Creek by Wedgewood, which is a 10-15 minute drive from downtown Boulder. For guests staying at the Residence Inn Boulder, shuttles will be provided to and from the venue.
If you are not staying at the Residence Inn, we recommend carpooling or using Uber/Lyft to get to the venue. Parking is available on-site.
What to Pack
For the ceremony, formal attire is requested. September in Boulder is cool and pleasant, and you may want an extra layer for the evening.
For all other events, wear what you're comfortable in! The bride and groom will be dressed smart casual for the welcome dinner, and casual for the farewell brunch.
